Cost: Apps like Instacart, Uber Eats, and DoorDash mark up items 15-40%+ and adds a delivery fee. You often pay the same or more than our rate.
Alcohol: Tennessee law requires hard liquor and canned cocktails (High Noon, Nütrl, etc.) to come from a separate liquor store order. You also have to meet the shopper in person to verify your ID, which falls apart if your flight's delayed or plans shift.
Reliability: Instacart runs like Uber, bidding your order out and hoping a shopper accepts it. We use our own employees and vehicles, so your order is guaranteed.
Convenience: No coordinating a delivery window or being around to meet someone. We shop, deliver, and fully stock everything before you even arrive.
